SDPEBA is working hard to offer new methods of support. This year we are officially rolling out our text line at 619.547.1600. You can text your questions and we will respond between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. For 24/7 self-support you can visit https://support.sdpeba.org. This site is built to allow employees to access information through an automated system outside of our normal office hours of 9AM to 5PM. The site will be updated regularly with answers to many of the questions asked by employees. If the answer isn’t there, the site will allow you to submit a question and our team will respond the next business day.
